At Dental Academy Bangor, we are aware of the long waiting times for MOS currently being faced by patients and are hoping to offer help to reduce this. We currently have Dr Emily Luck and Dr Taha Mirza completing a MSc in Oral Surgery who are providing a specific MOS clinic once per week under supervision of our local consultant Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons.
The service is available for difficult extractions,orthodontic extractions, surgical extractions and removal of impacted wisdom teeth with low ID nerve risk. We will be assessing patients before their treatment so if you are unsure of their suitability then please refer and we will be able to make a decision.
